Sub-processors

Brancoy Oy uses the service providers below (“sub-processors”) to provide HI Engine. They may process personal data contained in our customers’ accounts and connected stores. Each sub-processor is bound by a written agreement that includes data protection obligations.
Some sub-processors are located outside the EU/EEA. For these transfers we use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Infrastructure

- Hosting of the web application and its background functions.
- Supabase
- Database, authentication and file storage.
- Inngest
- Scheduling and running background jobs.
AI providers
None of these providers may use customer data to train or fine-tune their models.

- AI analysis, agents and the Slack assistant (Claude models).
- AI analysis, translations and knowledge search (Gemini models).
- OpenAI
- AI analysis.
- TypeSafe AI
- Classification of customer comments on tasks.
- Langfuse
- Monitoring and tracing of AI requests.
Store data and page capture
- DataForSEO
- Keyword and search ranking data for the store’s domain.
- Browserless
- A headless browser that reads public store pages.
- ScreenshotOne
- Screenshots of public store pages.
Communication, analytics and billing
- Slack
- Messages between customers and the HI Engine team and assistant.
- Twilio SendGrid
- Transactional email.
- Resend
- Transactional email.
- PostHog
- Product usage analytics in the application.
- Stripe
- Subscription billing and payments.
Changes to this list
We notify customers at least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor. A customer may object to a change by emailing hello@hiengine.ai.
